::Begin Rant::
So I got my diet regimen and I think my trainer is trying to kill me either from sheer exhaustion or by emptying my wallet completely.
This diet regimen is insane I have to eat like 7 times a day.
Wake up to a protein shake
then have egg whites, beef, oats, and fruit
then chicken and yams
then beef and rice
then gatorade and protein powder
then chicken or salmon and rice
then beef and greens
Plus a host of supplements, nothing bad just minerals basically.
We will see if I can do this or if the diet will change as time goes on

I just ate salmon and wild rice and it was really good, lets see if I got the right wild rice.
